The Project Manager at Lenskart will oversee the transition management process, ensuring that it is executed smoothly, on time, and within budget. This role involves project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the transition process, developing detailed plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Oversee facilities setup, ensuring readiness for operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues as they arise.
• Support onboarding and training for the team at the new location.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain transition documentation.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in project transition or management, preferably in facilities and office relocations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
