Job Overview

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Lead pivotal manufacturing initiatives, such as regionalization, localization, industrialization, automation, and digital transformation projects.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, covering project chartering, scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, timeline monitoring, budget management, execution, and project closure.
• Facilitate collaboration across various departments, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
• Direct activities related to manufacturing setup, including line configuration, assembly process development, validation, and readiness for production.
• Assist with pilot builds, trial operations, line balancing, and cycle time optimization to guarantee efficient production scaling.
• Champion the successful industrialization of new products and processes, which includes manufacturing transfers and capacity expansion projects.
• Identify and execute automation initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Lead digital manufacturing projects such as MES integration, IoT-enabled systems, smart factory implementations, traceability solutions, and performance dashboards.
• Manage the procurement of equipment, which includes vendor assessments, RFQ processes, installation, commissioning, and qualification (FAT/SAT).
• Supervise CapEx planning, budgeting, and governance to ensure project delivery aligns with approved timelines and budgets.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and executive presentations for leadership review.
• Track KPIs encompassing safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity to guarantee process stability and ongoing improvement.
• Promote Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement strategies throughout operations.

• Experience in production ramp-up, industrialization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Familiarity with automation systems and digital manufacturing tools.
• Proficient in managing budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications That Distinguish You:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing settings or high-volume production industries.
• Hands-on experience with automation, Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, or localization projects.
• Knowledge of MES, ERP systems (such as SAP), and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Background in automotive, industrial equipment, electronics, or related sectors.
