Job Description

  • Manage SAP PM implementation and support activities across multiple business units.
  • Configure and support SAP PM master data including Functional Location, Equipment Master, Work Center, Task List, Revision, and Measuring Points.
  • Handle Notification Management processes including configuration, workflow, and integration with maintenance orders.
  • Manage Preventive Maintenance processes such as Single Cycle Plans, Strategy-Based Maintenance Plans, Scheduling Parameters, and Deadline Monitoring.
  • Support Maintenance Order Management including Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Calibration Maintenance processes.
  • Work on Status Management for Notifications and Maintenance Orders.
  • Coordinate SAP PM integrations with third-party tools and external systems.
  • Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments and enhancements.
  • Perform testing and validation of new functionalities and system enhancements.
  • Monitor support ticket queues and ensure issue resolution within SLA timelines.
  • Analyze business processes and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide effective communication throughout project execution.
