Manage SAP PM implementation and support activities across multiple business units.
Configure and support SAP PM master data including Functional Location, Equipment Master, Work Center, Task List, Revision, and Measuring Points.
Handle Notification Management processes including configuration, workflow, and integration with maintenance orders.
Manage Preventive Maintenance processes such as Single Cycle Plans, Strategy-Based Maintenance Plans, Scheduling Parameters, and Deadline Monitoring.
Support Maintenance Order Management including Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Calibration Maintenance processes.
Work on Status Management for Notifications and Maintenance Orders.
Coordinate SAP PM integrations with third-party tools and external systems.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments and enhancements.
Perform testing and validation of new functionalities and system enhancements.
Monitor support ticket queues and ensure issue resolution within SLA timelines.
Analyze business processes and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide effective communication throughout project execution.
