Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Define and manage project deliverables across the full lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Delivery & Execution Management

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery frameworks.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues clearly and consistently.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout delivery.

Agile Delivery & Coaching

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Apply Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban for project execution.
• Provide Agile coaching and promote best practices across teams.
• Track and report Agile metrics and delivery performance.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper impact analysis.
• Resolve project issues and escalate when necessary.

Resource & Vendor Management

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for efficient execution.
• Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Ensure alignment of vendor deliverables with project goals.

Project Governance & Documentation

• Maintain detailed project documentation including requirements, user stories, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and delivery frameworks.
• Track project metrics and generate status reports.

Estimation & Financial Management

• Manage project estimations for time, cost, and effort.
• Track budgets and ensure financial discipline in delivery.
• Support fixed-price and outcome-based delivery models.
