PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution and delivery.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage shutdown and turnaround activities within approved windows.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, and HSE.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendor performance.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and progress meetings.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and contractual requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication and client relationships.
• Oversee commissioning, start-up, and project close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Primavera P6, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial Projects.
• Minimum 5 years in Project Management or Execution Management roles.
• Proven experience managing EPC, Shutdown, Turnaround, and Brownfield Projects.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SATORP, YASREF, SADARA, Ma'aden, SEC, SIPCHEM, or similar clients preferred.
• Experience managing large shutdown workforces and multidisciplinary teams.
