Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery for enterprise data engineering and analytics programs in a global delivery model
• Manage and mentor teams of analysts, ETL developers, data engineers, and support resources across multiple client engagements
• Ensure delivery of services within agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and governance frameworks
• Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, business stakeholders, and internal delivery teams
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, process optimization, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement programs
• Manage service governance activities including delivery reviews, SLA reporting, escalation management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee production support, incident management, problem management, and change management processes for data platforms and ETL systems
• Collaborate with architects, cloud engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and platform stability
• Handle resource planning, utilization management, capacity planning, and delivery financial management including P&L tracking
• Lead service transition activities ensuring operational readiness and effective knowledge transfer to support teams
• Support transformation initiatives, cloud migration programs, and modernization efforts involving analytics and data platforms
• Participate in governance meetings, quarterly business reviews, strategic planning, and client growth initiatives
• Support presales activities, RFP responses, solution reviews, and business development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, security standards, organizational governance, and regulatory requirements
