Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Lead financial reporting automation initiatives across service lines
• Establish and standardize Oracle Project Accounting (PA) structures across teams
• Coordinate with Program Manager to resolve dependencies and blockers
• Track project progress, risks, and issues with effective mitigation strategies
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between finance, accounting, and operational teams
• Manage change requests and ensure proper change management practices
• Facilitate communication across internal stakeholders and business units
• Navigate organizational complexities and ensure smooth execution
