Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• HES & MDM Product development for different business cases
• Business Process Solution & Workflow document preparation
• Meter Data integration from HES to MDM, MDM to Billing System, MDM to Prepaid System, MDM to CRM, MDM to Device Management
• Analysis of Design document for requirement gathering
• Troubleshooting of HES & MDM system related problem and resolve the same
• Smart Meters, AMR meter with RF/GSM/GPRS,3G/4G Communication technology
• Administrative support to admin team to set up the data enter in customer premises
• Involved in project planning, execution of the project with vendor finalization, training to contractor & installer etc.
• End to End customer system testing of HES & MDM along with prepaid engine and other business process
• Provide multiple project trainings and UATs to customer w.r.t. HES, MDM, Integration, Configuration, Prepaid System etc.
• Day-to-day data monitoring, analyze the data
• Validation & Testing of Meter data and running applications using HES & MDM application
• Consumer Survey Application and Meter Installation Application development and maintenance
• Implementation of Billing data integration with utilities billing (Prepaid & Postpaid) system
• Preparing proposed technical solutions, technical documents and product presentations for the AMI and non-AMI based energy meters
• Team building, collaborating with the team members and senior management to maintain a continuous stream of information regarding the product & project status and progress
• Maintain SLA for smooth billing by coordinating with the field team to address complaints and ensure accurate readings
• Daily monitoring and analyzing of multiple reports ( HES reads , MDM reads, MDM reports Advising , Non communicating meter, TSP, Different type of exception) for betterment of project
