Project Lead SAP

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead customer onboarding phase, ensuring completeness of requirements and technical prerequisites
• Coordinate with technical leads, Build Factory, SAP teams, and customer project teams for system builds, network setup, migration cutovers, and go-live activities
• Manage disaster recovery implementation, including DR landscape build, connectivity setup, and internal tests
• Plan and manage complex customer projects such as system upgrades, VMware migrations, and hyperscaler migrations
• Oversee customer offboarding processes, ensuring proper handover and knowledge transfer
• Act as a customer ambassador and manage escalations during planned project activities
• Maintain structured knowledge documentation and runbooks for managed services orchestration
• Support systematic onboarding of associates through training documentation and competency assessment
• Enable continuous knowledge transfer sessions and refresher training for team members
• Work closely with cross-cultural teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Apply IT Service Management practices, SAP Basis expertise, and cloud architecture knowledge
• Utilize project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP) for structured execution and reporting
