Job Description
- Lead and manage a development team of 8 –10 members, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including estimations, schedules, and progress reports.
- Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and develop web-based applications using ASP.Net and Crystal Reports.
- Develop and maintain web services using XML, HTML, and related technologies.
- Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles to ensure scalable and maintainable software design.
- Work with multiple databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle 9i, and MS Access.
- Develop and support applications using VB.Net and maintain legacy systems in VB 6.0.
- Coordinate with on-site teams and clients for project updates and delivery alignment (on-site experience preferred).
