• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients, understanding and working around their needs and constraints.
• Represent client interests effectively throughout the project duration.
• Retain new business contacts, secure repeat business, and build relationships with investors or landlord clients within an agreed time period.

Promoting JLL in Every Opportunity:

• Represent JLL as the face of the business in client interactions and opportunities.
• Promote JLL's offerings to new prospects, key local landlord clients, business investor networks, and industry landlord associations.
• Ensure JLL's reputation and visibility continue to grow in the market.
