Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Project planning and execution: Develop project objectives, define scope, and create detailed plans and schedules. Oversee the execution of the project to ensure it stays on track.
  • Budget and resource management: Create and manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and control costs. Coordinate the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Team and stakeholder collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to align on project goals and resolve issues.
  • Technical oversight: Review and ensure the accuracy of engineering designs, specifications, and quality standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to the project team.
  • Monitoring and reporting: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress. Collect, analyze, and summarize project data to prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Compliance and safety: Ensure that all project activities comply with safety codes, regulations, and company standards.
