Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Deliverables

• Assist in the planning and coordination of EPC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions to ensure timely project delivery.

• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.

• Monitor project expenditures and costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders on progress and milestones.

• Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle by coordinating with respective PMs.

• Organize kick-off meetings with client to communicate project expectations prior to execution. • Develop detailed project schedules for tracking the scope, cost, and time of the work orders.

• Manage Internal stakeholders (Interdepartmental), external (Clients & Contractors, Suppliers) stakeholders related to project.

• Ensuring completion certificate from customer and close the project.

• Support project closeout activities, including documentation, final inspections, and client handover.

• Complete Execution of the Project in ERP / (Initiation of Project in ERP till deliveries and E&C)
