Program Project Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance.
• Make and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key project and program decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address challenges.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
