Program Manager - Consumer Durables

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that deliver mutual value.
• Develop innovative tie-ups with manufacturers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of partnerships including financial analysis, risk management, product design, and technology integration.
• Build and manage key relationships with major consumer durable manufacturers across operational levels.
• Identify and onboard new partners, managing the end-to-end partnership lifecycle.
• Design and implement promotional schemes with manufacturers and monitor subvention receivables for timely processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, credit, tech) to address partner needs and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare and manage detailed partner communications, reports, and business analysis.
• Identify and fix revenue leakages through process improvements.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and improving existing engagements.
