About the Role: Lacento Technology Private Limited is looking for an experienced Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to oversee and deliver strategic programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure end-to-end project success. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong capabilities in program planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead multiple projects and programs from initiation through completion.
• Create program plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Track program performance, flag risks early, and execute mitigation plans.
• Oversee stakeholder expectations and share consistent program status updates.
• Deliver projects on time while meeting agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Find opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience, including relevant experience in program or project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience handling project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
