About The Role Job Title: Tech Program Manager

• Possess over 10 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing multiple complex projects from initiation to completion within dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and application architecture.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage intricate technology initiatives.
• Extensive experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI and Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent technologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership capabilities.
• Capacity to evaluate technical trade-offs, challenge decisions constructively, and guide teams toward achieving measurable results.
