JD Program Management
Program Manager Work closely with project sponsor crossfunctional teams and assigned project managers to develop the scope deliverables required resources work plan budget and timing for new initiatives
Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate and delegate crossproject initiatives
Identify key requirements for crossfunctional teams and external vendors
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goalsobjectives
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
Plan and develop a detailed project scope including objectives deliverables and timeframes
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor progress
Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation measures when necessary
Ensure that the projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
Coordinate internal resources and third partiesvendors for the flawless execution of projects
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Review technical feasibility and work with team members to develop solutions
Report and escalate issues to management as needed
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans communication plans and risk logs
Conduct postproject evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of IT programs
