Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a portfolio of projects under a unified program vision.
  • Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Create and manage integrated program plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional project managers, technical leads, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project interdependencies and resolve resource or schedule conflicts.
  • Drive governance, reporting, and status updates to senior leadership and clients.
  • Ensure effective change management, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and lessons learned to improve future planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and regulatory requirements (if applicable).
  • Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of project and program management experience, with 3+ years in a program-level leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple interrelated projects and large cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent financial, risk, and change management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
