Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of projects under a unified program vision.
- Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
- Create and manage integrated program plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional project managers, technical leads, and external vendors.
- Monitor project interdependencies and resolve resource or schedule conflicts.
- Drive governance, reporting, and status updates to senior leadership and clients.
- Ensure effective change management, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Evaluate program outcomes and lessons learned to improve future planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and regulatory requirements (if applicable).
- Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of project and program management experience, with 3+ years in a program-level leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multiple interrelated projects and large cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent financial, risk, and change management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
