Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of real estate projects and programmes
  • Prepare project schedules, trackers, and progress reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for project alignment
  • Assist in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Prepare presentations and detailed project reports for stakeholders
  • Use MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint for planning and reporting activities
  • Maintain documentation of project activities and updates
  • Support client communication and manage expectations effectively
  • Assist in identifying project risks and escalation points
  • Ensure adherence to project governance and execution standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, design, and operations
  • Support in using internal project management tools and software
