Job Description

• Deliver facility management services aligned with service levels and KPI requirements

• Manage facility management teams including front office, housekeeping, and technical staff

• Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of user issues

• Assist in maintenance of premises including financial, procurement, and asset management activities

• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers

• Manage vendor performance and ensure contractual compliance

• Conduct routine inspections and audits of facility areas

• Monitor helpdesk systems and ensure timely closure of service requests

• Ensure workplace meets all operational and safety standards

• Support event and meeting management activities

• Manage offsite record operations including document collection and retrieval

• Assist Facility Manager in smooth day-to-day operations
