Summary

Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

  • Assists in matching internally available workforce capacity to current demand to staff client project.
  • As assigned, works with project management to identify staffing needs and job requirements and provides employee availability in defined area.
  • Develops understanding of, and communicates established resourcing policies and procedures to ensure that applicable business unit, divisional, corporate and legal requirements are met.
  • Assists in identifying individual skills to guide appropriate job placement decisions. Works with senior resourcing staff, employees and managers in matching individual's skills with the organization's staffing needs.
  • Prepares and analyzes relevant metrics and prepares standard reports in compliance with contract, program and company directives.
  • Maintains appropriate systems and records to ensure adequate documentation of transactions.
  • Assists in resourcing project transitions and bench activities including employee updates to resumes and skill repositories. Communicates process and assists in implementing same.
  • Attends and provides input in intra- and inter-departmental and business unit staffing meetings to understand and facilitate the routine assignment of the workforce across the company.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, liberal arts or related field preferred
  • Three or more years of human resources, staffing, or business operations experience
  • Experience working with human resources principles, practices and procedures
  • Experience working with staffing principles, practices, and procedures
  • Experience working with available human resource information systems (HRIS) and demand/capacity applications
  • Experience working with the financial implications associated with the staffing process
