Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Production Support – SRE Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on experience with observability tools, and a solid understanding of SRE and ITIL practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve operational hygiene by enhancing alerts, dashboards, documentation, and on-call readiness
• Perform incident triage and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for complex and recurring issues
• Drive preventive and corrective actions based on incident trends and reliability insights
• Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, runbooks, and SOPs
• Continuously improve MTTA, MTTR, system availability, and scalability
• Collaborate with development teams to embed reliability into system design and release cycles
• Support deployment activities and perform post-release validations
• Monitor production environments and ensure system stability and performance
• Mentor junior engineers and guide them during incidents and operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SRE principles: reliability engineering, observability, scalability, and automation
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Solid knowledge of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL framework)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across OS, networking, applications, databases, and cloud platforms
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift production environments
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment processes

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Automation/scripting experience (Python, Shell, etc.)
• Experience working in high-availability production environments
