Production Support Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis: Analyze customer needs and provide solutions for complex technical issues.
• Documentation: Create technical diagrams, flowcharts, formulas, and supporting documents for projects.
• Guidance & Mentorship: Assist and mentor junior engineers in their project tasks.
• Research & Innovation: Explore new technologies and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
• Project Planning: Prepare proposals, estimate costs, schedule requirements, and evaluate outcomes for new projects.
• Compliance: Ensure products, systems, and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Production Support: Monitor production systems, resolve incidents, and provide application and technical support.
