Production Supervisor/Operator

• Operate and set up CNC machines, particularly DMG models such as CTX-Beta and NLX
• Perform programming, setting, and operating tasks independently
• Ensure machining is done as per the given drawing and quality standards
• Handle mill-turn 5-axis and mill 4-axis machines (experience will be an added advantage)
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines to ensure operational efficiency
• Optimize machining parameters for better productivity and tool life
• Maintain proper documentation and production reports
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area

Educational Qualification:

• ITI in Machinist / Turner / Fitter or relevant trade
• OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) with relevant experience
