Production Supervisor

• Independently manage and achieve daily production targets as per the plan
• Coordinate effectively with technicians and production staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor production activities and ensure timely execution with minimal downtime
• Identify and resolve issues on the production floor to meet quality and quantity goals
• Maintain production logs, daily reports, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs
• Utilize computer systems for production planning, data entry, and reporting
• Ensure all safety measures and operational standards are followed during the production process
• Travel to different sites or locations when required using own two-wheeler

Educational Qualification:

• BE in Electrical Engineering is mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office and production software
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle
