Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities:

• Make sure all production activities comply with safety policy and company guideline. Avoid safety incident.
• Arrange daily production and improve PSP.
• Review and prepare sufficient resource for production order on next day.
• Monitor the whole production process to ensure product quality, ensure product complete safety and timely.
• Monitor the raw material providing status for production and feed back to production assistant.
• Provide training to batch makers and lead batch makers to complete production order efficiently.
• Check if the equipment/utility is in good condition, including HSD mixers, mills, dust collector, ventilation, ground line.
• Feedback the common intermediate requirement to product assistant.
• Monitoring the batch maker daily operation work follow up safety rules strictly.
• Ensure packing container quantity and type arrive on time and correct.
• Feedback promptly for new developed formula.
• Reduce waste reduction as less as possible and sort out scrap for disposal.
• Improve hazard identification and risk assessment skill.
• Achieve compliance to isolation procedure.
• Improve PPE usage compliance.
• Day to day shift operations and handling manpower.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate in engineering or M.Sc
• Related manufacturing background
• Result Orientation
