Production Service Developer 3

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sprint releases in OCI realms using Terraform code to coordinate deployments and monitor system performance.
• Manage canary deployments across Global Supply Integration (GSI) order flows, applying progressive rollout strategies, resolving issues, and optimizing performance to minimize risks.
• Develop AI chatbot projects, including designing conversational flows, integrating AI algorithms and natural language processing (NLP), and enhancing OCI tools.
• Automate processes using Java and Python scripting.
• Utilize Kubernetes and Terraform for deployment, orchestration, and project implementations.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and ongoing maintenance of chatbot applications, deployment processes, and PINT Lab environments.
• Analyze architecture, design, and implementation of existing products to enhance scalability, performance, extensibility, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, implement AI models, monitor interactions, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Participate in on-call rotations for incident response, bug fixes, system reliability, failover, disaster recovery, and PINT Lab support.
• Handle system integration, scalability, networking, security, load balancing, databases, Oracle Integration Service, and related technologies.
