Production Operator
Position Overview
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, focusing on minimizing waste and achieving the highest possible quality standards for finished products.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Support the Quality Inspector by ensuring product compliance with standard specifications for finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production line throughout the shift and during month-end close procedures.
• Complete and submit the daily production report to the Production Team Leader.
• Properly set up machinery and perform size adjustments as needed.
• Handle raw materials appropriately, including receiving, returning, and managing movements between the raw material warehouse and production line.
• Communicate any machine issues verbally to the Lead Operator and Line Setter promptly.
• Ensure all finished product pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in designated areas.
• Adhere to safety and environmental protocols, actively participating in toolbox talks conducted by the HSE officer.
• Engage in relevant consultations and participate at all applicable levels and functions, including development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement actions for the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) management system.
