PRODUCTION MANAGER – THERMOFORMING
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.-8–12 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with strong experience in thermoforming production; minimum 3–5 years in a Production Manager role.
Experience
8–12 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with strong experience in thermoforming production. Minimum 3–5 years in a Production Manager Strong practical knowledge of thermoforming machines, molds, heating systems, forming, cutting, stacking, and related processes. Experience with PET/PP sheet thermoforming is highly preferred. Good understanding of production planning, maintenance coordination, quality control, and process optimization. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of OEE, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. Good command of English. Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and production reporting systems ERP.
