Production Manager

• Oversee the manufacturing of machined components on CNC and VMC machines
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities to meet targets
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and machinery in the tool room
• Monitor production quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and procurement teams for smooth operations
• Manage and lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators
• Prepare production reports, analyze productivity, and take corrective actions
• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
