Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the Rolling Mill's operation activities to ensure compliance to applicable Standards, and Customer requirements.
- Responsible for Daily production planning & scheduling as par production target.
- Responsible to Achieve monthly business plan achievements like Production Yield, Mill utilization, quality of product, and Delay analysis.
- Spare planning, & manpower management m Control and utilize resources properly,
- Implementing preventive & corrective action against non-conformance product & process.
- Implement the established policies and procedures,
- Ensure safe and environmentally friendly work practice by providing job-specific and safety Monitor and control operational.
- Performance to achieve planned result.
- Initiate action for continual improvements training,
- Training of manpower for suitable job.
- Ensure safety of people and equipment.
