About the Role

Veedol Lubricants is looking for Production Executives to support blending and filling operations at its manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and completing production documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Blending Operations

Receive and verify base oils and additives as per the production plan.

Charge raw materials into blending tanks as per approved formulations.

Operate mixers, pumps, valves, and blending equipment.

Monitor process parameters such as temperature, mixing time, and batch quantity.

Coordinate with Quality Control for sample testing.

Ensure finished blends meet quality specifications before transfer.

Filling Operations

Operate filling machines for bottles, pails, drums, and other containers.

Set up and adjust filling line parameters.

Monitor filling accuracy, labeling, sealing, and packing activities.

Ensure correct batch details and product information during filling.

Maintain production records and batch documentation.

Safety & Housekeeping

Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and PPE guidelines.

Maintain housekeeping as per 5S standards.

Report equipment abnormalities and safety concerns promptly.

Documentation

Record production data, material consumption, downtime, and batch details.

Complete shift reports accurately and on time.

Eligibility Criteria

ITI (Technical Stream) or Diploma in Engineering.

0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are welcome to apply.

Age should not exceed 29 years.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of pumps, tanks, valves, and filling machines.

Understanding of blending and filling operations.

Basic troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and teamwork.

Strong focus on safety, quality, and documentation.
