Production Engineer-Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end electrical wiring and control panel manufacturing activities.
• Supervise control panel production, assembly, and shop floor operations.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and schematic diagrams for production execution.
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Purchase teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Support testing, inspection, and final dispatch of control panels.
• Monitor shop floor activities and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production documentation and reporting as required.
