Production and Support Engineer

• Provide production support for Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, PySpark, SQL databases on Unix platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data processing pipelines using Talend and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve incidents and implement patches in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal service availability.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in Production Support Engineering or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, Kafka) and Python programming language (PySpark).
• Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow and monitoring tools like Talend.
• Proficiency in Java or other scripting languages such as Groovy.
