Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for IAM solutions including Single Sign-On, Web Access Management, User Lifecycle, and Federation protocols (SAML, OIDC).
- Manage and report on IAM service levels to ensure business support targets are met.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Helpdesk teams, business users, compliance, vendors, and system administrators.
- Integrate new applications with the Federated Access Management System using industry-standard security protocols.
- Execute process improvements and automation projects to reduce incident volume and improve efficiency.
- Participate in a 24/5 on-call rotation and occasionally support off-shift maintenance windows.
- Troubleshoot IAM infrastructure under pressure, provide detailed documentation, and maintain service management reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Deep technical expertise in IAM tools and processes, including PingFederate, PingDirectory, Azure Identity Platform, ADFS, PAM, and MFA.
- Strong understanding of federation protocols (SAML, OIDC) and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience working in an ITIL-based service management environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS is a plus.
