Product Solution Engineer

Key Deliverables:

• Manage merchant accounts during integration and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to understand product flows and requirements
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve merchant integration problems promptly
• Automate solutions to improve merchant integration processes and workflows

Role Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with merchants to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Take ownership of merchant issues and ensure end-to-end resolution
• Understand and analyze technical challenges involved in integrations
• Provide step-by-step technical assistance and communicate effectively with stakeholders
