Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development & Portfolio Management
- Generate and grow CASA balances and fee income by effectively managing existing portfolios and acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) clients
- Provide tailored transaction banking solutions including Collection and Payment Management Services (CMS) for corporate and government clients
Product Knowledge & Market Analysis
- Possess thorough knowledge of digital banking products and services to offer relevant solutions
- Gather and analyze market intelligence on segment performance to adapt strategies accordingly
Strategy & Product Development
- Provide valuable inputs on sales and business strategy to the product team for developing and innovating transaction banking products and services
- Articulate and execute comprehensive business strategies focusing on product development and sales growth
Stakeholder Collaboration & Client Solutions
- Work closely with service delivery, operations, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client experience and solution delivery
- Identify and establish strategic alliances to deliver innovative banking solutions to clients
