Product Owner, Credit Card, WRB Tech

• Handle Project Delivery for the Cards and Payment domain, ensuring adherence to group standards and controls for successful delivery
• Develop project plans, define project scope, track, and monitor projects from inception to closure
• Identify and manage risks, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
• Develop solutions, stakeholder management, vendor and financial management, project cost development, and delivering solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with VISA, MasterCard Card, UPI, and other national card schemes Issuing & Acquiring, Scheme compliance requirements
• Desirable knowledge of national schemes and processor integrations
• Knowledge of API's (SOAP, JSON, REST), Web Service Integration, and Back Office integration
• Knowledge of HSM protocols, encryption keys, Cryptography (symmetric and asymmetric keys), 3DES, AES, SM4, SHA
• Familiarity with EMV technologies, PCI DSS and PA DSS standards, Contact and Contactless technologies, 3DS, and Tokenization standards
• Experience with EFT transaction switching or on-line banking environments
• Hands-on experience with automated test tools and simulators
• Experience with Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay Wallets, QR Code, and Emerging payments is an added advantage
• Strong design and programming knowledge on CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, MVS
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, and other modern approaches)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive in sharing technical knowledge and expertise to other resources
• Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills
• Experience in banking or financial services industry
• Working experience in Cloud and Digital transformation projects is an advantage
• Good knowledge of open banking is a plus
• Ability to conduct requirement reviews, impact analysis, gap analysis, high-level design, cost estimation, propose timelines, obtain project approvals, and draft solution architecture/functional spec/technical spec documents
• Leadership skills and subject matter expertise in technical and functional domains
• Strong team collaboration, relationship building across teams, and influencing, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills

Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Card Issuance/Management, Digital Channels interface, Encryption, HSM, and ISO8583 messaging standards
• Familiarity with EMV Contact/Contactless, VISA, and MasterCard Card Issuing & Acquiring, Scheme compliance requirements
• Familiarity with PCI DSS and PA DSS compliance requirements
• Experience in Switch integration with VISA/Mastercard, UPI, JCB, and National switches
• Experience with Google Pay/Samsung Pay/Apple Pay Wallets, QR Code, and Emerging payments
• Experience in Web Service integration and APIs
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
• Proficient in preparing Solution Architecture documents, Functional and Technical Specs
• Strong problem-solving, team collaboration, and time management skills
• Familiarity with Programming Languages and emerging technologies
