Product Owner

• Manage and drive the product roadmap for assigned capabilities and scrum teams.

• Ensure product delivery aligns with customer expectations and business objectives.

• Handle backlog refinement, grooming, and prioritization activities for smooth product execution.

• Create, maintain, and manage feature definitions and user stories throughout the development lifecycle.

• Evaluate product requirements and specifications while prioritizing features based on business impact.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic product roadmaps and contribute market and technical insights.

• Ensure user stories are directly aligned with OKRs and business goals.

• Drive prioritization and budget management at the scrum team level.

• Translate customer insights and business requirements into actionable product solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product releases and expected outcomes.

• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and teams to drive discussions and decision-making.

• Focus on achieving customer satisfaction and improving Net Promoter Score (NPS).

• Knowledge and experience with tools such as Aha! and Rally will be an added advantage.
