Product Operations Engineer 1 / Project Coordinator

Position Overview

We are in search of a Product Operations Engineer 1 / Project Coordinator to enhance our product operations and oversee customer configuration initiatives. This position will facilitate the alignment of activities among Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and Operations teams to guarantee that projects are executed on schedule, adhere to specifications, and meet quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Project Management teams
• Examine customer and project documentation to ensure accurate requirement capture
• Coordinate activities related to project-specific part numbers, product configurations, and BOM
• Monitor project advancement, timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
• Identify potential project risks, issues, and delays, escalating them as necessary
• Compile regular updates and reports on project status
• Assist in quality assurance, validation, and problem resolution
• Engage in project meetings and discussions with stakeholders
• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution efforts

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, sales operations, or a relevant field
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities
• Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of project management processes and methodologies
• Technical familiarity with PC hardware, operating systems, or deployment environments is a plus
• A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred; a Diploma with pertinent experience will also be considered
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts to accommodate North American hours
