Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing and performance strategies across digital and offline platforms.
  • Build and manage product positioning and messaging tailored for a SaaS product, ensuring strong market differentiation.
  • Own and optimize digital brand platforms including websites, landing pages, and newsletters with a focus on user conversion.
  • Manage marketing content assets such as brochures, presentations, videos, flyers, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, sales, and vendors.
  • Build and implement social media strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness.
  • Drive lead generation through digital ads (Google Ads, Social Ads, YouTube, etc.) and offline marketing (events, seminars, partnerships).
  • Analyze competitor marketing activities to improve strategy.
  • Define and manage budgets across regions ensuring ROI optimization and CAC efficiency.
  • Oversee integrated campaigns from ideation to execution and performance measurement.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives across the customer journey and touchpoints.
  • Create educational and loyalty initiatives for internal communities and customers.
  • Manage A/B testing and experimentation strategy for website and marketing campaigns using platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
  • Configure and optimize analytics and tracking tools such as GA, GTM, FullStory.
  • Present strategies, performance data, and campaign results to stakeholders.
  • Generate leads and measure the success of all online/offline marketing initiatives.
  • Own testing roadmap and velocity of execution across marketing site and paid channels.
