Product Manager, Developer Business Growth

Role Responsibilities:

• Define, own, and manage the multi-year roadmap for Google Play Games developer tools, working with partner teams to align on key feature additions and successfully launching developer tools.
• Work with external developers to understand their games and assess their needs, ensuring games are optimized for multi-screen experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, translating complex problems into actionable steps for product development.
• Lead initiatives spanning multiple organizations and teams to bring new features and innovations to market.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and marketers to develop products that improve access to Google's ecosystem and enhance user experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management.
• Preferred: 7 years of experience as a product manager building products at scale, including leading cross-team initiatives.
• Experience with game development processes, building game platforms, and analyzing game KPIs.
• Familiarity with engineering or a similar technical field.
