Product Manager, Creator Support Large Language Models

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to gather user requirements and convert them into a product idea.
• Ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product ideas, strategy, and roadmap to improve the AI/LLM support experience to help creators diagnose and fix issues.
• Work with creators, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop self-service experiences based on AI agents.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, and Research teams to design, engineer, and deliver innovative and compelling product/support experiences.
• Partner with product teams across YouTube Business Technology (BizTech), and Google Customer Engagement to ensure Creator Support experiences fit seamlessly.
