Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Planning and budgeting: Develop budgets for MEP services and manage project timelines, often using methods like the critical path method.
  • Design and compliance: Review design basis reports, technical specifications, and tender documents to ensure all MEP systems meet project requirements and comply with industry standards and local codes.
  • Execution and coordination: Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, coordinating with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other site teams to resolve issues and keep the project on track.
  • Quality and safety: Conduct site inspections, monitor quality, and ensure all installations adhere to safety regulations and the project's specifications.
  • Stakeholder management: Act as a liaison between various parties, including architects, engineers, and clients, to facilitate communication and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Financial and administrative: Monitor project costs, manage contractor payments, and reconcile materials and work executed.
