Product Management - Senior/Group Product Manager - Merchant Lending

Role Responsibilities:

• Own and enhance the onboarding experience for merchant lending, working with partners to integrate APIs.
• Analyze data to understand the reasons behind conversion or abandonment in the onboarding process.
• Continuously improve onboarding funnel conversion KPIs and test hypotheses to improve user experience.
• Manage lender partner product flow and drive growth in disbursals using AI and automation for scalability.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer or fintech industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and user experience skills.
• Proven experience in building API integrations and managing relationships with lending partners.
• Ability to negotiate and influence cross-functional teams and prioritize product initiatives effectively.
