Job summary

As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap while collaborating with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and deliver effective technology solutions. You will also engage with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market delivery.

• Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in product management.
• Collaborate and manage the team to ensure performance and success.
• Make decisions for the team and influence key decisions within the organization.
• Provide solutions to challenges for your team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development of the product vision and strategy.
• Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Provide technology solutions for product development and ensure alignment with the overall business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation.
• Strong understanding of product management principles.
• Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps.
• Knowledge of technology solutions for product development.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation.
• This position is based at the Jaipur office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
