Job Description
- Own the complete product strategy and manage the product life cycle, creating the roadmap to enhance customer experience and overall revenue realization.
- Lead the team to collaborate with Client Business to define scope, product strategy, and create user stories to implement and execute product launches working with designers and developers in an agile setup.
- Lead the planning and execution of projects from concept to launch.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
- Implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally within the telecom sector.
- Proven experience working with Fintech-related products.
- Passion for new technologies and familiarity with communication solutions like IVR, Outbound dialer, SIP, Network layer integration, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
