Product Lead

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of system capabilities to empower YouTube's business organization.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver technology solutions that align with business goals.
• Define product requirements, scope solutions, and identify risks while communicating milestones and goals to stakeholders globally.
• Collect and analyze data to inform product decisions, and build consensus across teams.
• Lead product launches, ensuring effective testing, communication, and adoption of new releases.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role.
• Preferred: Experience with product management, building software products from concept to delivery, and working with Salesforce.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence product decisions and roadmaps.
