Product Integrator(ISG)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Integration Engineer with deep expertise in Java, PL/SQL, Agentic AI, and retail domain systems. In this role, you will integrate AI-driven functionality with retail merchandising platforms and multi-channel order management systems.

You will build scalable integration solutions, implement AI-powered workflows using Claude, and support enterprise retail applications to enhance inventory visibility, order orchestration, and the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions that connect Agentic AI capabilities with retail merchandising platforms.
• Develop and maintain Java-based services that support multi-channel order management and retail operations.
• Build and optimize PL/SQL queries, procedures, and database components for transactional data processing.
• Implement Claude-based AI workflows, prompt orchestration, and agent-driven automation for retail business processes.
• Integrate retail merchandising systems with order management platforms using APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Support core retail processes including assortment planning, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and product allocation.
• Deliver real-time visibility into stock availability, pricing, and order status across multiple retail channels.
• Conduct impact analysis, technical assessments, and integration design reviews.
• Run unit, integration, and system testing for Java, PL/SQL, and AI integration components.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve integration-related incidents.
• Optimize integration pipelines, application performance, and database query performance.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Create technical documentation, integration designs, and operational procedures.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance across integrated retail applications.

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in software development, product integration, or enterprise application integration.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
• Experience working with Agentic AI and Claude-based AI workflows.
• Strong PL/SQL and database programming skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising systems and associated business processes.
• Understanding of multi-channel order management systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, application integration, and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Kafka and messaging-based integration patterns.
• Experience with application troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with retail platforms and retail commerce applications.
• Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns management.
• Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and operational dashboards.
